IO September Kit Hop Day 2 & Prizes!

with the NEW September Release stamps, dies, stencils and a new paper pack!

My card uses September Limited Edition Red Rubber Kit &  Checkers CAC. I used the same background technique I used on yesterday's card (ink background, card on top and tapping where I wanted ink) except this time I used Checkers CAC.
