January Art Nudge Challenge - Enter here!

Welcome to the brand New Art Nudge Challenge!

The first 3 weeks of the month (Tuesdays at 7pm CT) I will post an inspiration photo. You can enter with a project (cards, tags, paintings, journal pages... whatever your arty thing is!) using the link tool at the bottom of this post. Each week I will edit the original post with the next week's photo so all entries will happen on this post.

I have noted the colors on each week's inspiration photo even though this is not a color challenge. You can use the colors, a layout, the theme of the photo or anything within the photo that inspires you.

You will have until the last day of the month to link your projects to be entered into the monthly prize drawing for all 3 inspiration photos. You can enter up to 3 times with each of the inspiration photos. Each entry must be a new link.

The more you enter the more chances you have to win a prize packaged stuffed with stamps, dies and embellishments!

Please note which of the 3 monthly inspiration photos used for your card when posting to your blog or social media.

New projects only. No backlinking older projects.

No digital projects please - use of colored digital stamps is fine.

When you upload your projects to a public gallery please use the keyword ARTNUDGE125A, and please use #artnudge on social media sites.  Also, when linking up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of this post, please be sure to use a link to your specific post, not to just a generic link to your blog. Please keep in mind, general blog links or cards not following the challenge rules may be deleted.

We also would appreciate a link back to the Art Nudge site (www.artnudge.com) whether you are posting to your blog or another forum. A direct link to your card via Inlinkz (below) is required to be entered for the monthly prize.

Follow us on Facebook on the Art Nudge Challenge page. We would love to see your projects in there!

Links must be in place by the last day of the month (January 31st) at midnight CT to be considered for the monthly prize. Winner will be announced February 1st here on the blog.

US winners only for the prize package only for the time being. If you are chosen as a winner and not from the US I will invite you to be a Guest Designer for us!

Thanks so much for playing! We can't wait to see what you create!

My card uses a cute Christmas chicken stamp set from Unity Stamp Co. called Hold On Santa. My set is rubber but they also offer this as a clear set HERE. I stamped the imageand added details with markers. The background is watercolored with paints from Daniel Smith and splattered in both brown & white acrylic paint (watered down). For the snow I used Ranger Distress Grit Paste (Snowfall) mixed with white acrylic paint, This is my first time using this product and I love the snowy/bumpy texture it created. This product can also be found at Scrapbook.com
